Pencil  Australia imprinted barrel and cap.  Near mint.  Fully operational.
Box  Original hard Sheaffer box in mock black ostritch leather.  Near mint condition.

Pen  Very good condition but with some ambering of the pearl colour.  Lever filler.
Cap  Very good, but slight brassing to top of clip.
Nib Near mint Sheaffer’s Lifetime medium - lovely smooth writer.

Cap  Very good condition, but chrome plating on clip is worn.

Comment  This is one of the latest vac-fil pens.  The ink chamber is separate from the barrel and is observed by withdrawing the plunger and unscrewing the barrel.  This design gives the pen resistance to the flooding disease caused by temperature variations.
